License key issues

    After reviewing the account, it appears the client DID renew the pro version and FB plug-in. I am working on updating their site and tried using the license key on the dev site….but it won’t work because it is out of installs.

    I need to be able to configure this completely and fix any bugs because of the older version BEFORE we copy to their server.

    How can we achieve this?

    Hi,

    The plugins work without the license key. That is only needed for automatic updates. So you do not need to add the license on a development site.

    Thanks. I’ve done that…but ….

    I know this is probably so simple its scary…but how to I upgrade them? they are 3.8.1 version and I need to upgrade to the latest.
