    Hi,

    We are receiving the following error when trying to update our plugins:

    There is new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is out of installs.

    There is only one domain associated with the License, so I have no idea why this is the case.

    You can see this from our account, I have also attached a screenshot.

    Please rectify ASAP so we can upgrade the plugin.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report and sorry to hear about this issue πŸ™

    We recently updated our plugin licensing system but – unfortunately – it looks like a few kinks still need to be worked out. We could narrow the issue down to URLs including hyphens, and our devs are working on a fix for this right now. I’ll give you a heads-up when the fix is released!

    Good news! A fix for this issue has been pushed to the plugin licensing system ?
