License key is out of installs

    I am not installing on a new domain. I have simply moved my WordPress installation to a new hosting site and domain. we originally had our website installed on our “dot.net”, and our “dot.com” forwarded to the “dot.net. We have now simply switched the domain that is hosting our website (moved our website to our dot.com from our dot.net).

    I do not want to lose all my settings, and customizations for both programs we purchased below. Please help simply activate these on our new domain, the plugins will on be installed only on one website.

    Hi there Sonovia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this!

    First of all I’m sorry but it’s not possible to add another contact email to your account, but you change the email if you want from your account in the site.

    Regarding the license key issues, you can use the steps in this article to get the right domain on the license: Moving Your License Keys. You are probably missing the step to disconnect the license.

    Please give that a try and let me know if it fixes the issue,
