License key is out of installs so I can't work on a new version of the site.

    I am making a new version of a friends site that relies upon woo tickets and the events calendar.

    i cannot activate the license on the test installation since it is already in use on the live site. How do I continue development? Do I have to disable the live sites key every time i want to test something?

    Seems like there has got to be a way to do this.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

    To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

    Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

    Hi, The keys work fine on the live site… I just have no way of testing the plugin on a development installation.

    Hi,

    You do not need the license for the plugin to work.

    But the license is good for one install only.

    You can manually update the development site if you like:

    Manual Updates

    Ah, that did it. It looks like I had done an update on the core which caused a compatibility flag to be thrown.
