License Key for WooCommerce Tickets not saving

    I have copied and pasted my license key into Events > Setting > License, but when I refresh the page, the field is empty and I receive the following message on my WP Updates Page:
    “There is an update available for WooTickets but your license key has not been entered. Please go to the Events Calendar Options page to enter your license key.”
    The website does show up on my License page on Tri.be and I have tried removing it from there and re-adding it with no success.
    As this is a live site and does not appear to be a plugin or theme conflict, I did not deactivate or switch themes yet.

    Hi @chrisd2d,

    I’m sorry to hear you are hitting difficulties here.

    I fully appreciate your reluctance to deactivate other plugins/switch theme, but there have been occasions in the past where another plugin shipping with a different version of the Plugin Update Engine has caused problems along these lines – so it’s definitely worth a try – failing that, you can of course update manually (downloads relating to your current license keys can be found here).
