License Key Activation on Locked-Down Server

I have a client that prevents any outgoing connections from their server. With that major limitation, I cannot activate their Pro license. However, they said that they could whitelist specific connections if I provide them with an IP address. So, do you have a list of IP addresses that you use for license activation and updates? Any help would be great.
