License Key

I just bought a license key and when i go to install it it says “the key is out of installs”. How do i fix this.

Hey Vincent,

Sorry about the frustration here! If you head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys, do you see your website listed there? If so, disconnect it with the “Disconnect Now” link, then go back to your website and try entering the license key again.

Hi George,

I clicked on the Link but my website was not listed there.

My website is http://www.etia.net.au, however it used to be http://www.cementandconcrete.com. I don’t know if this makes a difference??

As I said I renewed Events Calendar Pro yesterday and the order number is Order: 997122.

Hey Vincent,

The domain shouldn’t make a difference as far as renewing a license, but I’m curious, do you mean to say that when you went to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys there was literally just nothing there?

Thank you for your patience with this! Just to note this, none of your plugin functionality will be hindered by the failure of the license to register. Everything will work fine within the plugin code even if you don’t enter it – the license just signs your site up to get Update notices and for support.

This is obviously still something we need to fix! 🙂 Just wanted to note that in case you were worried that your site would have issues without the license.
