Please could you reset my licenses as i need to to reinstall the site and rebuild the site on my local drive due to a error.

Hi, ddyer. Thanks for asking about de-registering your old site. This is actually something that you can do yourself! 🙂

Once the keys are no longer registered with the old site, you should be able to plug them into the new one.
