I am trying to login, to update my license key, but your site is not recognizing my email address, “[email protected]”. I have a Bluehost / WordPress account, that someone set up for me a few years ago. Apparently, they set things up with you as part of the process. I called Bluehost, tec support, and they told me I needed to get the License Key from you to update. But, I can’t get past step one.

I searched our users database for “casablancadance” and there were no results.

Could you please email [email protected] with some alternative things to search for, such as a different email address, username, domain name, or the license key currently input to your site’s wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab ?
