Oh shoot, that’s no good! I’ve actually seen something like this pop up once in the past and we were able to solve it by un-registering and then re-registering the license from your account here on this site.
Will you please follow the steps outlined in this post? Never mind the title because it describes a situation that is slightly different than what we’re talking about here, but the steps taken should still be applicable.
Let’s start there and see what we find. If it does not work for some reason, will you please attach a screenshot of the error?
