    Hi,

We are using personal (1 site) licenses on a site hosted within a multisite installation for multiple MT plugins. We have only activated the plugins for the single site (and we don’t intend to use them on any other site) and they are not network activated, but we are getting the following message:

It looks like you’re using The Events Calendar PRO, The Events Calendar: Community Events and The Events Calendar: Filter Bar, but the license keys you supplied do not appear to be valid or are missing. Please review and fix so that you can always have access to our latest versions!

On our account page, we see the disconnection notice warning. I see in your documentation that we can ignore this, but I’m wondering how we fix the license entry issue on our end. We have entered the licenses multiple times, but they don’t stick.

    Hey Mandy,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

When you enter the license key, are you getting the validation next to the field in green that they were accepted? After that, do you then click the save button at the bottom of the page where you enter the license keys? You’ll need to save that page for the keys to be saved there after they’re verified.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
