This is not a question for the forum but there appears to be no other way to get support for an account issue and I couldn’t find any information elsewhere which assisted.

When purchasing the license it required a domain name. At the time the website was on a local server using a domain with .dev as a suffix. Now that the website has been moved to a remote server with a different domain suffix – .com.au – I am getting messages saying the license key needs to be updated. There appears to be no way to rectify this in the account. Can the system be updated please.

    Thanks.

Many thanks for your prompt response. I did not find this in the knowledgebase. I guess my search for ‘license’ wasn’t sufficient.
