License Info, Theme Dev

I’d like to use this in a premium theme i’m developing for sale. Is this permitted?
Also wanted to know if it can be embedded into a theme directly(vs a plugin)

Sorry for the very late reply on this. Apparently your thread was marked as spam and we just noticed this now. We are working to improve this process.

To answer your question, you are welcome to bundle the core plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/the-events-calendar/) but if you’d like to bundle the PRO plugin we’ll need to go through a bit more hoop jumping to see if that’s something we want to do. Let me know what you’re thinking, whether the core implementation will be enough or whether you’re looking to go PRO with it.
