    Hello,
We have a client that is interested in adding the Event Tickets Plus add-on. Their site is in our WordPress multi-site environment. Can they purchase the Personal license since it will only be used on a single site or do they need to purchase the multi-site license? Just want to be sure before finalizing estimate for development and associated costs.

    Thanks.

    Hello John,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your question!

Yes, it is possible to do what you described. In this case you will have to install the plugin only on that subsite and not on the full network.

Please note that in this funky case you might not be able to get updates automatically. You will still be eligible, but you will likely need to install the updates manually.

Then on the subsite you can go to Events > Settings > Licenses and enter your license key.

Once you entered your license key wait until it validates and hit the Save button only afterwards. Otherwise the license key will not be saved.

Let me know if you have further questions. I’d be happy to help.

    Cheers,
    Andras

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
