I recently moved my new site to replace the previous IP address (it’s a redesign) and now that I’ve done that, my Events Calendar PRO plugin is giving me an error message, stating that I’m out of installs. However, this is not a new install, it’s the same site that I initially installed in on.

I’ve tried deleting the old plugin and uploading a new version, but that didn’t help.

Can you please help me get this validated? I needed to launch my site today.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

You can move your license key to your new site by following the instructions outlined here, which should get rid of that message on your new site. Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Dear Jennifer,

Thank you for your reply. Can you advise me on how I would submit a request for refund? Is there another way besides the Help Desk? Is it necessary to start a new ticket?

    Thank you for your help.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
