Kevin Boardley
GuestHi
I am voluntarily revamping the village website for our local Parish Council. I have installed Events Calendar (free version) and like it a lot. I plan to use it to front the site as the main thing that will drive traffic is the events that happen in the village.
The PRO version would be very useful because of the ability to enter recurring events but I need to get the Treasurer to agree to that expenditure. Before I approach the Treasurer, I would like to be able to give an indicative annual renewal price as I have read that you do not necessarily charge the full price for existing customers.
I also wanted to ask if you are able to offer any discount for organisations like a Parish Council which is a local community body made up of elected volunteer councillors and one paid employee (4.5 hours a week). As always, the funding for such councils is very limited but it does very important work for the local community.
Can you please let me know before I approach the Treasurer.
Thanks

MemberHello Kevin
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️ Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

GuestHi Courtney
Thank you. I will forward the relevant documentation and information as soon as I have it. We will try with the non-profit licence initially. If I run into serious trouble then the Community Council will have to purchase a regular pro licence.Regards

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
