I’m having some trouble with some account keys.
Since I had the client sign up for licences, there’s a chance that they weren’t done entirely correctly.
There’s currently a PRO personal licence and a PRO business licence listed, but these have different keys, which leads me to believe that the personal licence should not be there. My guess is that instead of upgrading the single licence to a business licence, they registered a new business licence instead.
Is there an actual support address I could contact with details to get this sorted?
