Licence Key Valid until May 28th 2015 (My website says it is out installs)

I only have one website, http://www.melbourneswimclassic.com.au

It says “Your WooThemes products are almost ready. To get started, activate your product licenses.”

quite claerly says the product I have is valid until May 28th 2015.
But when I plug in the key, it says it is out of installs. I am a little confused. If I installed it once, it should not need to be installed again, and If I did not install it why am I getting prompts in wordpress telling me to install product licence key?

Sorry for the troubles, but I can help you out and get this resolved.

You are correct about your License Expiration Date.

Can you please check if you have a license in the field on this page for WooCommerce Tickets:

Events->Settings: Licenses Tab

That is the location The Events Calendar checks for the license.

Also, do you have any other WooCommerce Plugins, that could be causing the activation message?

Please let me know what you find out and we can take the next step to resolve this.
