Licence key not working

    Hi,

    Our host has temporarily moved our site to a new testing domain, and I think this is why I now get this message about the events calendar PRO…

    “You have entered a license key for The Events Calendar PRO but the key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.”

    Can you help?
    We were previously at 8e9ow.hosts.cx and will eventually be at http://www.jamyangleeds.co.uk

    Hi, Kerry. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

    We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.

    If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums. Your licenses would then appear at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
