    Hello,

Recently I have come across an issue trying to activate TEC Pro on a client’s multisite.

At the moment TEC and TEC Pro are running in this multisite environment, and are network installed.
However, the plugins are only activated on 2 out of 5 subsites. Since the plugin isn’t network activated, the licence key tab isn’t showing up on the network dashboard. In addition, the ‘single site’ licence key tab isn’t showing up either.

I’m perfectly able to update the plugin manually, but I would like to know if there is something I’ve missed, or how in my case, where one is able to input their licence key.

I understand i could simply network activate the plugins, but this seems silly since I’m only using the plugin on 2 subsites.

    Best Regards

Ok.. Lets see if we can figure this out.

Here is how I setup my mulisite with the Events Calender.

I have the Events Calendar and the Filter Bar Activated on two sites of the multisite. I activated them directly from the plugin page on each site.

On that site there is no license tab.

If I go to Network Admin and then to Settings->Event Settings

I do see the License Tab there.

Is that not the case on your installation? Do you only see the Network Tab there?

Let me know and we can troubleshoot this.

    Thanks

    Hello Brian,

    Thank you for your reply.
I went through the exact same steps the way you described, but there is no added menu item in the Network Admin.

Please see the screenshot added below for a demonstration (Dutch WordPress):

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Ok, I was able to reproduce the settings page not showing. I activated the Event Calender again, but not on the main site and the settings do not show then. So it looks like for the settings to show in the Network Settings the plugin has to be activated there. Not sure if there is a work around for that either.

Let me know if you activate it on the main site of your multisite if the settings page shows up then.

    Thanks

    Hello Brian,
The licence tab showed up once i activated the plugins on the main subsite.
I managed to input my licence key this way: issue resolved.

    Thanks
