Hi, I have just run an update to my WordPress today (26 April, Australian time) and it is saying my licence key has had too many installs, this is definitely not the case, I am only running Event Tickets Pro on this one site and my licence is not due to expire until January 2018.

I have seen the other posts reporting a fix for this but it does not appear to be working for my site.

Worth noting in my Events > Settings it says the key is valid in green.

    Hi there Daniel,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue with your license. Let’s see what’s going on…

The issue you started this thread from seemed to be caused by a different reason (we had a bug with site domains containing a hyphen in the address). From what I see in your account the license is just connected to milkthecow.com.au, which seems to be the site you are using. I just disconnected the site from the license key, just to be sure this step is not failing. Can you please go to your site WP-Admin and re-save the license key? I hope this solves the issue or gives us a bit more information about it at least!

    Thanks,
    Nico

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
