Licence key doesn’t work

    Hello,

    our licence key doesn’t work after activation. I copied the licence key out of our account.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    Did you download the plugin and upload it to your site? Is the license key field that you are pasting the license into labeled as Event Aggregator or as a different plugin that you purchased.

    Yes, we downloaded the plugin and added the specific key as usual. But it shows the error.
    Any ideas what to do?
    Do u like to try it by yourself? Could forward page access and key & zip of the plugin.

    What error is it showing? Can you upload a screenshot or copy/paste the error message?

    We have a policy to not log in to customer sites.
