Licence Issue

    I had to restore my site using Backup Buddy however it now keeps telling that I have run out of installs for my licence key for The Evemts Calendar Pro however when I log in here it show the correct url. How can I correct this issue?

    Hi clownguts,

    Thanks for your note. I suspect that even though the url looks the same on your license page, somehow it’s registering as a new site which is why you’re getting the out of installs message. Please try disconnecting the license from the site in your tri.be account (as described here) and then re-adding the license back. I think that will correct the issue. If you have any trouble or that still doesn’t fix it, let me know and we’ll go from there.
