ParticipantI am using Event Tickets Plus with Easy Digitial Downloads. I created an event and do not want to use stock levels, so I left it blank. After the first ticket purchase, stock levels show up as negative numbers and no more tickets may be purchased. Is this a known bug or is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

ParticipantHey Bev,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m not sure this is really a bug in the system here. However, you can suggest the idea for allowing unlimited stock for tickets as a feature on our UserVoice page. The idea here is that these are tickets to an event that would naturally have a limit on the quantity. However, I do see the value in having a unlimited stock, particularly when used with Easy Digital Downloads.
As an alternative here, you could try adding a large number of available stock there and then hide the quantity on the front end of the site.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantThe knowledgebase article for Making Tickets (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/) describes leaving stock blank for unlimited tickets.
For now I have set a large stock quantity and hidden the available stock remaining display.

ParticipantHey Bev,
Thanks for pointing that out here!
I apologize for any confusion I may have caused there. I tested this feature on our base Event Tickets plugin as well as with WooCommerce and it works as described in our Knowledgebase article there. However, testing with EDD I was able to replicate the issue you describe here.
I’ve logged a bug ticket for this issue and added this thread to that issue. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one. In the meantime, the above approach should be a good approach to keep the sales going on the event.
If you have any questions or concerns on this particular issue, please don’t hesitate to follow up here.
Thanks!
