We are sorry to hear about the updates not showing up on your install.
I would love to help you with this topic.
Before doing anything, I would recommend a database backup.
Here are a few recommendations that might help:
- Try updating the Events Calendar free plugin to it’s latest version and see if the update for Pro becomes available
- Try deactivating and reactivating Pro temporarily to see if that triggers the update notice.
If that still does not work, it is possible that there might be a conflict at play.
