Latest updates not showing

    I’m currently running Version 4.2.3 of EC Pro and Version 4.2.4 of EC but my dashboard isn’t showing me there are updates available.

    I’d rather not go through a manual update.

    I deleted my license key and re-added to to refresh and it still isn’t showing updates.

    We are sorry to hear about the updates not showing up on your install.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Before doing anything, I would recommend a database backup.

    Here are a few recommendations that might help:

    1. Try updating the Events Calendar free plugin to it’s latest version and see if the update for Pro becomes available
    2. Try deactivating and reactivating Pro temporarily to see if that triggers the update notice.

    If that still does not work, it is possible that there might be a conflict at play.
