late renewal

    We have taken over updating our website from our vendor and this plugin expired last week. I need to renew it, but with my credentials. What is the best way to handle that?

    Thanks for getting in touch! If you have full credentials for your vendor’s account for TheEventsCalendar.com, you can log in at any time to pay for plugin renewals, even after licensing has expired (and you can change the email address on file to your own, if needed). However, if you’re lacking the necessary credentials to perform this login, we canĀ assist with manually reassigning the email address on file with the previous account holder’s written permission.
