ParticipantNormally we can send confirmed tickets email without any problem. But sometimes last tickets info replaced by order info. For example order date take place of ticket date.
I can send you a screenshot.

THis sounds a bit strange, and cheking the product backlog I don’t see any known issues that might relate to this one. Screenshot would be appreciated and also steps to reproduce this, before we continue to troubleshoot this i would like to run a quick test to see if I can reproduce this on my end.
But sometimes last tickets info replaced by order info.
By last tickets, you mean the last ticket available before running our of stock?

Thanks for getting back to me on this! Strange thing there, I’ll try to reproduce this locally and let you know about my finding.
The site is using the Turkish translation right? So confusing, thanks for indication the translation for those strings, totally makes sense what you say now.

And it’s not happen all the times. Till now, 15% of orders.

Thanks for confirming that! I’ve been doing a couple of different tests to see if I could reproduce the error on my end, but it was possible 🙁
This seems pretty random, Do you have some clue that might lead us to a pattern? For example: from the cases you’ve seen is this always happening with a determined amount of events? Is it always the last ticket? In the sample you showed me, Was there a third ticket in the actual purchase or was the ‘corrupted ticket’ added as third ticket?
Also, are you using the latest version of our plugins?
Please let me know if you can find any pattern for this error,
