Large amount of Soft 404s in Webmaster Tools…

I recently noticed a large increase in the amount of Soft 404 Crawl Errors in Webmaster tools, for single events across all date ranges (like the rip-roaring event we threw in August, 1749).

I have no idea how to resolve this issue, but I would very much like to address it as quickly as possible.

Hi there naturesmediateam! Welcome back to the forums and thanks for getting in touch.

What?! You mean you didn’t have an event in August 1749? 🙂

We are actually working on a fix for soft 404s for an upcoming release. In the meantime, however, you can download this patch and install it as a plugin until it is officially released.

Please give that a shot and let me know if that helps out.
