Kill "ticket" product post event date

is there anyway to auto-delete the ticket item post event date?

Great question, loftopia. 🙂 I don’t know of any built into the product. It may be that there’s a third party solution that would stop selling the product in WooCommerce on a certain date, but I don’t know of one off the top of my head.
