ParticipantI had purchased Events Calendar Pro quite some time ago and had no problems whatsoever validating my license key and getting updates. I have since upgraded my license and purchased WooCommerce Tickets as well. Now, when I try to validate my licenses, on all of my sites, I the error message “Sorry, key validation server is not available.”
I have read all the previous threads on this issue and still can’t get this matter resolved. I understand that I can download new versions and manually upload them. However, this is not a good solution as it’s time consuming, is a manual process and I have several sites.
Any help is most appreciated.
Thank you,

MemberHi Dave and welcome to the forums! Sorry for the trouble here, but let’s see if we can pinpoint what’s happening here together.
There was a recent to our validation server earlier today and perhaps you hit it at an inopportune time. I’d suggest leaving it as-is for the day and giving it another try tomorrow. Give that a shot, then let me know if you still encounter an issue and we can dig a little deeper. 🙂
Thanks for your patience here. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of things and resolve the issue.
Cheers!

MemberHi there, David–thanks for giving the server a try on another day and sorry this is still an issue.
Can you confirm that you are running The Events Calendar 3.9.1 with The Events Calendar PRO 3.9.1 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.9.2? I just want to make sure the latest plugins are running.
Do you find that other plugins can be updated through WordPress (ie, not manually) without any difficulties? Do you have a similar license key for any other plugins?
Finally, I know it can be a pain, but is it possible for you to try temporarily deactivating your other plugins and see if one of them is interfering? It’s unlikely, but not impossible. If you need help, we have a handy guide for testing for a theme or plugin conflict.
Thanks for your patience while we work through this. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of things and resolve the issue.
Cheers!
