Just renewed the StressReductionClinic Events Calendar PRO license and no show

After paying, I checked the link for viewing license keys and it did not show a renewal for Events Calendar PRO that I had just bought for my client. I’m the developer and she asked me to put it in my name, which is how I filled out the form after using the website login that has been in effect for some time. Login name is StressReductionClinic. Please help. –thanks!
