Just need find some files

Hi,

Im using the help page that plugin show me (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/?utm_medium=plugin-tec&utm_source=generaltab&utm_campaign=in-app) to find some files, but is not working.

I just need insert html in 3 places (month, single and list).

My plugin dont have a month.php, day.php and list.php.

We have a tutorial how to change these 3 files that works for me? I need to create these files?

We are sorry to hear about your struggles finding the files
I would love to help you with this topic.

The themer’s guide IS the tutorial 🙂
To set expectations, we do encourage customization, but we do not offer complete support for it.

The process is very simple:

1. Find the files
2. Make a Copy of them and put the copy in your WordPress theme in a folder called tribe-events
3. Edit the copied files with your added HTML

You will find the files you are looking for here: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views

I did it. But my view folder dont have a month.php file, a day.php file like your tutorial says.

I opened the original download zip file and I still dont have these files.

Your tutorial is not updated? My version have theses files in another folder?

Thank you for getting back to us.
I believe this is a simple misunderstanding.

You are looking at the folders located in the Events Calendar Pro plugin.

But, the files you need to modify are not in the Pro plugin, they are located in the basic free the Events Calendar plugin.

And yes, this will work with your Events Calendar Pro plugin.
