    We received approval for the nonprofit request on April 30th. Whenever we try to complete some work on the calendar plugin, it says that the coupon code is expired. Is something outdated? Is there a time frame in which we must complete installing the plug-in since we received an expiration message?

    Hi,

    All licensing coupons for the Non Profit Program should be addressed to email [email protected]

    Also, the coupon we give out does expire on the 5th of the next month. But that is the coupon to purchase the plugins not the license for the plugins themselves that expires.

    If you have already purchased the plugins and using the plugin and getting an out of date message you have to setup your license keys in the site to update them.
