Just a Thank You

I use a large number of premium themes and plugins in my website development. I’d say without reservation that the team at ECP is the most helpful and responsive out there. I’m dealing with another premium plugin right now who won’t even look at the my forum post without a $50 deposit. I recently spent support funds only to be told, “This will be fixed in the next release”.

So it’s refreshing to come to this forum and be treated like a team player. Yes, sometimes we find bugs. You are grateful. You give us a shout out in the next release. And yes, sometimes the problem is our fault. When that happens you are patient and help us along.

We are all working together to create a great product. I’m proud to be a part of it. Thank you guys again for a great product and great support.

To echo Barry’s sentiments…a big thanks for this, Christina. It always makes my day to find a note such as this one, and when its the first thing I see when starting out my Tribe work for the morning – as it was today – it gives me such a positive feeling going into the day.

Thanks again for your long term support (you’ve been with us since earlier than a lot folks on here…we both recognize & appreciate that), and for taking the time to write this up. We will continue to strive towards making the plugin the best that it can be, and we couldn’t do it without feedback from folks like yourself.
