Joining calendar days for multi-day events

Hi there

My client has multiple multi-day events and would like them to display blocked off, whether that be that the text extends over multiple days or whether I am able to block them off with color. Does the Events Calendar PRO allow me to do this?

If I am able to define a category (like, 1 day course category, 2 day course category) and allow events to display in a specific color depending on the category that would be appropriate too.

Hi Bronwyn,

That’s a great question! While The Events Calendar does not have a way to specify event colors right out of the box, each event does indeed have an associated class name to it that can be targeted in the CSS to make that possible.

There’s also a pretty handle add-on that someone wrote called Category Colors that helps color-code events by category. I’d definitely check that out as well as it might be a nice starting point.
