    Hello,
    We have one issue and two questions related to Event Tickets Plus.

    • The issue is that although we set the “main ticket purchase limit”, when buying tickets nothing stops you from really buy the whole of them. (i.e. we set 2 in a 12 capacity event).
    • The question is related to the usage of attendees. We have been doing orders over a ticket, we deleted the orders but the number of attendees is still there; we cannot set it to its full capacity. Do we have to delete the ticket from the event and create a new one?
      The other question related to this, where can we add a manual attendee (with his/her data) that has for example booked by phone?

    The issue is that although we set the “main ticket purchase limit”, when buying tickets nothing stops you from really buy the whole of them. (i.e. we set 2 in a 12 capacity event).

    In other words, are you seeing that users are able to add more tickets to their cart than the purchase limit?  By default, if a user adds more than the purchase limit and adds to cart, they will only see the purchase limit in their cart.  Let me know if you are seeing something different.

    In regards to your second point, if you’d like to remove attendees, you do have to manually delete them yourself.

    You can achieve this by integrating a third-party plugin.  I’d recommend using this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/
