Hi, I’m having problem with some events displaying error “Oops, that page can’t be found”. Example on website: http://www.paramounticeland.net (Month or Week view for Friday, May 5th). I have 5 freestyle session events. When I try to access each event from the month or week view, I will only get a proper display if I choose the very first event at 09:15. Each other event displays the error “page can’t be found”. Note…all these events were entered as event series repeating weekly starting at 09:15 etc. with an ending date in 2020. Thank you.

MemberHi, Ted. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
By the way, I visited http://www.paramounticeland.net/event/ and it worked fine and then http://www.paramounticeland.net/event/freestyle-session-4/2017-05-04/5/ also loaded just fine. I didn’t see any “Oops…” or “page can’t be found” error.

GuestHi, thank you for replying. I posted here because I wasn’t able to log in with my email address. I purchased the pro version a week or two ago. It seems like everything is working ok after I installed the update. Hopefully I won’t see the same issue again. Thank you.
Please assist me with creating my account so I can access the pro forum.
