Issues transitioning from Events Tickets to Events Tickets Plus

Hello I started my site using Events Tickets and shortly after decided to get the add on Events Tickets Plus. I purchased the add on and when I went to put my License key in the setting section of Events Calendar there is no open spot to paste my code. Other than an Events Aggregator license key. Also when I go into my account on The Events Calendar and go to License Keys where my code is, my site URL isn’t below, I’m not sure if that is a part of the problem. Can anyone tell me how I can transition from regular to plus?

We are sorry to hear about the obstacles you have encountered while extending Event Tickets with Event Tickets Plus. I would love to help you with this topic.

I would recommend reading the following attentively: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/

As you can see, you will first need to actually download the Event Tickets Plus plugin and install it before you are able to enter your license key.

Once you do, you will also notice how your site’s URL is tied to your Event Tickets Plus license.
