Hi – that’s a lot of questions.

I’ll try to answer each in turn, but for some it may be best if you break them out in to new threads – as we do try hard to stick to one issue per thread.

How Useror any one (NOt Admin) Can upload CSV Files in the event manager?

Any users who belong to a role with the import capability can access this screen. If you want to extend that to users besides admins it may be worth testing out some of the plugins which can help you to modify user roles.

How Can I Provide the Field for Csv Upload On the Add new Event Page ?

The CSV importer is accessible via the admin menu (Events → Import: CSV) rather than the Add New Event screen. If you need to integrate it with that screen then you may be able to do so, but I’m afraid it’s not a customization we can help you with.

Does your question relate to Community Events? If so, I’m afraid this isn’t facilitated, but you are welcome to post a feature request and you could even explore implementing this as a customization.

Importing events from an iCal feed is not currently supported – but, again, please do feel free to post a feature request for this.
