Issue with events calendar shortcode in essential grid

I have installed events calendar and its pro version.
I am having issue with events calendar shortcode in essential grid. I followed the steps correctly like in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/integrating-events-calendar-slider-revolution-essential-grid/. Event shortcodes are not rendering in essential grid. Can you please help with this?

[tribe_event_inline id={{id}}]
Time: {start_date} @ {start_time} – {end_date} @ {end_time}
[/tribe_event_inline]

renders like…

Time: @ – @

…on Essential Grid.

and

Event Time: [tribe_formatted_event_date id=%post_id% format=’F j, Y g:ia’ ] – [tribe_formatted_event_date id=%post_id% format=’g:ia T’ start_end=’end’ ]

renders…

Event Time: [Tribe_formatted_event_date Id=90 Format=’F J, Y G:ia’ ] – [Tribe_formatted_event_date Id=90 Format=’G:ia T’ Start_end=’End’ ]

…on Essential Grid.

Now when I am trying to use this shortcodes in a new page without using the Essential Grid plugin, tribe_event_inline shortcode works perfect. See link below.

I am slightly limited in how I can assist you here, as I do not have the Essential Grid plugin to test with, nor do we officially offer support for this integration.  However I will do my best to offer you some suggestions to steer you in the right direction.

As a starting point, try adding in the Formatted Event Date Shortcode extension following along with the Essential Grid shortcode instructions (instead of using the shortcode at the bottom of that article):

You may also want to reach out to ThemePunch’s support and see if they can provide any further insight.
