Is there any 3rd part plugin that allows us to remind a user that they RSVP'd?

But, haven’t seen any movement on it.

I also know that some users use the Woocommerce Followups plugin, but I’m just looking to use the RSVP option w/o using a ticketing option.

Any word on this?

Hi, Peter. Yes, this is still on our eventual to-do list. We do not have any other updates at this time. Sorry this functionality isn’t going to be available soon, but it is expected to be great once it’s available!
