ParticipantHi,
Please forgive my lack of knowledge in this area.
I have the calendar on a page but using Divi themes i am unable to put anything else on the page except the calendar.
This is the link to the site: http://www.ecommerceclub.org/events/
As you can see the calendar is working but I’m not able to add anything else to the page. What i want is to be able to add past and current events posts to the page if possible using Divi theme.
I hope this makes sense
Thank you in advanced

ParticipantHey Brown,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately there isn’t an associated “page” for our events calendar so you can’t add additional elements to the calendar in the same way you would any other page of your site. There are a couple of options though.
If you are comfortable with code, I can provide a couple of functions that will help to point you in the right direction to help to target the events page for addition of the custom content you would like to add?
Or, for a simpler approach, you could try the Event Rocket plugin and it’s associated plugins with our Calendar to see if these give you the options for what you’re looking for.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantJosh, I’d like to do the same thing Brown mentioned. Specifically, I’m customizing a Divi theme and would like to use Page Builder to add a section with a contact form below the calendar.
I’ve used Event Rocket for posting calendar widgets before, but it does not support adding the entire calendar to a page. The only thing Event Rocket does for the entire calendar is add “Main Events Page” to the list of pages in Reading Settings, so you can set it as the homepage.
But importantly, Barry announced that they’re dropping support for the plug-in and encouraged folks to stop using it:

Please advise.

ParticipantHey Benjamin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It’s best to open a new ticket even if an issue is similar to an existing thread. This just allows us to ensure we’re able to completely resolve each users issues since many problems can have multiple root causes.
A note on the Event Rocket plugin. Barry is a part of our team here at Modern Tribe. He’s been working to integrate the features of the Event Rocket plugin into our core plugin and those features will be available in our next release!
Brown & Benjamin,
Looking at this again, there is another option for adding additional content to the calendar page. You could follow our Themer’s Guide to copy the main calendar layout into your theme and add the additional sections directly to the file as needed.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
