Is there a way to get The Events Calendar working with Toolset

I’ve taken over a website and want to get the client to purchase The Events Calendar Pro. However, we installed the free version and it is not working at all.

The /events/ page is completely blank and individual events are blank too.

I’ve narrowed it down to a ‘conflict’ with WP-Types Toolset which seems to be somehow hijacking all the views.

Basically, I just want the calendar to work out of the box. I don’t want to customise anything and I have absolutely no idea how Toolset works. If we can’t get The Events Calendar to work then I’ll be forced to purchase another calendar that does work, and I’d prefer not to do that as I like your product.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Your best bet for receiving support related to this issue would be to reach out to the developers of Toolset to report the conflict–being the most familiar with their own code, they’ll be the best-equipped to provide suggestions on how to circumvent this conflict. You can also request assistance on our WordPress.org support forums, where we provide support for users of our free plugins. One of our other users may be familiar with this conflict and may be able to offer you some workable suggestions, though it’s worth noting that a functional solution may still require some degree of customization.
