Is there a way to export new events created in TEC to Facebook Events?

Hi, I know that you have the Facebook extension for TEC that allows importing events FROM Facebook to TEC. But is it possible to go the other direction – FROM TEC to Facebook?

Just trying to figure out the simplest way to get events both on a WP site and Facebook page. It would be super nice if people could click “Join” or “Decline” for a Facebook event right on our WP website. Is this possible somehow with TEC?

Looks like I may be able to embed a Facebook post to the site that would allow this – maybe? Is there a better way though? And can I embed a Facebook event in a TEC event – or is this automatically done when using the Facebook importer extension for TEC?

Hi,

Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events.

It is not possible to export events to Facebook, nor does the importer pull in information to join or decline an event.

It does do a one time import of an event and creates an event from it in WordPress.

You maybe to just embed a Facebook Event in the event content, but we do not have any features to support that.
