Is there a way others easily submit events to my calendar?

i would love it if there was a form readers could fill out and upload an image or invite that I could just post … i run a very busy calendar for Los angeles and it’s unrealistic that we can do it all. Would be so great if there was a page we could hand out where people could fill in the specifics and we could just approve it or edit or reject it.
