I’m in the process of setting up a test site on a test domain.

Once we’ve sorted this, if we have the single-site license for, say, Community Events, will we be able to use the license on the final (different domain) ‘live’ site?

Would it just be a case of us needing to disable the Premium element on the test version before we enable it on the ‘live’ site?

    Hi Ollie,

Thanks for reaching out! You’ve got it exactly right–once you’re finished developing and are ready to move your site to production, simply disconnect your test site from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and activate the license again on your live site. We’ve documented the process for moving license keys on our Knowledgebase here:

Let us know if you should have any other questions after giving it a look over! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
