Is The Events Calendar Pro adapted to a permanent, multilingual, music festival?

Hello,

I’m interested into The Events Calendar pro, but have some questions before to purchase.
I would know if this plugin is totally adapted to my specifications, in order to create a website for an annual and permanent music festival.

1. Is The Events Calendar Pro 100% compatible with WMPL? Is each and any feature translatable?
2. Is it possible to plan ahead events (automating the publication)?
3. Is it possible for each event to choose among a pre-established list, which musicians will play? There are 10 musicians in total, but each are not playing at all concerts.
4. If yes, can the list of selected musicians redirect to the biography of each one?
5. Is it possible to plan a same event in different cities and at different dates or is it obliged to duplicate the event?
6. Is there a front end event submission? Are all features available?
7. Is there a visual composer module to sort (automatically) by city, the next events to come? Example: http://www.brandlift.ch/Downloads/ex1.png
8. What is the difference between this plugin and Events Manager Pro?

Hey @Gael,

Thanks for reaching out. I see 8 questions here, but to be candid I am not sure all 8 need a specific response. There are some of your questions to which the answer is “no”, and these seem like important enough features for your site that our plugins are not the right plugin for the job.

To be specific, the major things I mean are as follows:

• Our plugins are not 100% compatible with WPML, and there are many features of our plugins that do not work with WPML. 100% compatibility will not come in our software for many months from now, at the earliest. 🙁

• There is no feature in any of our plugins that do the musician-related features you ask about.

• You cannot create one event and have it be in multiple cities and dates and such. Each instance would need to be a separate event.

• There is no Visual Composer module.

So, these are all major things that our plugins do not provide. Based on this it seems like our plugins are not the tool for your project 🙁
