    Hi,

    I have The Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets for some time now. I always renewed the license when I got the reminder email. However, now I’m wondering if the 30% discount is still valid at the time my license isn’t valid anymore. Or is it limited to a certain period (i.e 30 days before invalid etc). Also, is the 30% discount applicable for every year?

    Hi,

    I can help you out here.

    The 30% discount is applicable for every year.

    I am trying to confirm this, but I believe you can renew at any time with the 30% discount, it does not expire.

    I will confirm that though before I say that is 100% certain.

    So I confirmed you can renew at any time for 30% as our policy is currently written.
