    Our Kiwanis club is a non-profit. We hold several fundraisers each year. One of them is the ability to purchase live Maine lobsters which need to be picked up on a specific date and time (3 hour window). Our past ticketing software allowed us to send a reminder email the day before. This also allowed us to instruct customers on what to bring with them to store the lobsters they would pick up.

    Is there a feature to send reminder emails in Event Tickets Plus or in WooCommerce?

    At this time there is no way to send these sorts of reminders automatically with our plugins. 🙁
