Is it possible to make registration form and QR codes without shopping cart?

Hi,
I’m wondering if I can make a custom registration form (2 columns for some fields, for example), where the customer could select several courses to attend. In that form, the price should be indicated for every selected course, and also the total amount that the customer should have to pay offline.

I want to make such a form, and after clicking the submit button, the customer should receive an email with the data of the registration and a QR code that could be used at check-in of the event in every course he/she is attending.

Everything of this, I would like to be done without passing through a gateway or shoping cart page.
Is there also a specific app to read the QR codes in case this could be done?
